I tried to send this message pretivaly, but the system would not allow it.I appreciate your position on AB284, but if all the banks have to do is sign an affidavit, it is suspicious that this law should cause a halt. I propose they know they cannot by law prove they have a right to foreclose which is what is truly causing the stalemate. Can you enlighten me if you have information to the contrary?
